Our Unity Fest is based on 1 Corinthians 1:10

"Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment."

 The goal was to bring unity to the community. We have learned to have good Christian fun without drugs and alcohol. Unity Fest has been a great success in the past. We have always had catfish dinners and given away door prizes. Our tickets sold for 12.00 in the past this year they will be 10.00. Each ticket is capable of winning one of the door prizes.

Each year we have offered better door prizes and this year will be the best so far. Our first Unity Fest, one of our resident's marriage was restored, so for nothing else, our first Unity Fest was a success. The next Unity Fest a number of people came to know Christ. This has made all our efforts very worthwhile.

John 3:16 ministries is all about coming to know Jesus and learning to let your Light shine for him. We have many events throughout the year where we let our light so shine. The main event of the year is Unity Fest, it's to let our light so shine and bring unity to the community.

  Our main hope is that in all of our events we carry out the commandment that the Lord Jesus Christ has given us: 

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."       Matthew 5:16
